Ridge Hill is a $700 million investment in a mixed-use project that will feature approximately 1.3 mil square feet of retail development – shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Plans include up to 1,000 residential apartments, a full service hotel and conference center. Approximately 160k sq ft of office and research facilities and approximately 5,000 parking spaces located along streets and in-structured and at-grade facilities.
