Instock Cabinets is a $2 million investment located at 630 Central Park Avenue converting a vacant former industrial property into a light manufacturing plant for cabinets. The facility consists of approximately 15,000 square feet of finished office space and 186,000 square feet of manufacturing space on two floors. 18-foot ceiling heights are available throughout the building. The company has implemented the replacement of windows, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, signage, showrooms and office lay-outs, office furniture and fixtures, new carpeting and flooring, security cameras, roof repairs, employee lounge and restrooms as well as work to the parking lot, sidewalks, loading docks and a complete renovation of the manufacturing space.
