SDC Realty – Boyce Thompson

Project Highlights: Simone Development Companies (SDC) was selected by way of RFP to redevelop the site of the former Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant research.

Project Highlights: Sarah Lawrence College is a $65 million investment and expansion of a nationally-known college. The renovation and rehabilitation projects consists of the expansion of the sports center, new parking facilities, and expansion and rehabilitation of dormitories.

Sacred Heart

Project Highlights: Sacred Heart is a $9.5 million investment consisting of the rehabilitation of a 150 unit for senior living community. Multifaceted improvements were implemented stucturally and cosmetically to transform a once deteriorating facility into an up-to-date property.

RXR SOYO Exalta

Project Highlights: Rising development has invested in downtown Yonkers for the last eight years. RXR and Rising are contemplating a joint venture to undertake this development.

RMS Warburton LLC

Project Highlights: Development located at 1065 & 1077 Warburton Avenue of a 74 rental unit building along with parking garage.

Riverview II

Project Highlights: River view II is a $51 million investment that consisted of the rehabilitation of an existing multi-family housing building which comprised of 343 units, parking garage and ground floor retail shops. Upgrades include common area, elevators and windows.
