  • Project Highlights:

The project proposed construction of a facility that will be the base of service operations supporting over 30,000 uniform wearers and other customers in  NYC metropolitan area. The 60,000 SF facility will be composed of approximately 9,000 SF office space and the balance of the space used for drive-thru unloading and loading of the fleet, product inventory storage and light processing of textile products, including approximately 13,000 SF for a conventional soap and water-based laundry operations.
