The 57 Alexander project will be a seven-story building of 440 residential units and approximately 443 parking spaces. In addition, the project would include 25,000 feet of new waterfront open space, including a waterfront walkway that will provide access to the Hudson River waterfront and offer unobstructed public views of the river and the Palisades to both residents and the public. The open space would have a walking promenade with seating and landscaping.
